The China Tea Culture Week was held at the China Pavilion in the Expo Milano with the theme of “The Story of China and China Tea”. The 2015 Expo Milano in Italy coincided with the centenary of the World Expo. Chinese tea was on the stage for the first time in the world-class exhibition with its own theme. Rizhao "Shenggushan" and other award-winning brands represented the Chinese dream of 30 million Chinese tea farmers of vigorously returning to the Silk Road and interpreting Chinese stories and Chinese tea to the world.
The tea brand “Shenggushan Tea” was awarded the “Golden Camel Award of China’s Famous Tea for Century Expo”, and its committee was “International Evaluation Committee of China’s Famous Tea for Century Expo”. The prize has been representing the highest honor for tea industry in China for a century. It was also the first time that many international tea organizations and tea experts at home and abroad had participated in the public activity for evaluation of international famous tea, which was representative, authoritative, and fair. Among the participants, International tea organizations included International Tea Committee (ITC), European Tea Committee(ETC) and others, and tea experts included experts in tea and tea culture at home and abroad.
